After the New Zealand All Blacks crashed out of the 2007 Rugby World Cup quarter-finals, the squad's leadership group rebuilt the culture from inside the dressing room — and four years later won the 2011 World Cup. Journalist James Kerr embedded with the team during that rebuild and extracted 15 leadership principles, each tied to a Māori concept and a culture-shaping ritual: Sweep the Sheds, No Dickheads, Keep a Blue Head, Pass the Ball, Be a Good Ancestor, Champions Do Extra. The book is short, parable-driven, deliberately quotable. It is half ethnography and half manual, aimed at leaders in any field who want a practical model for character, humility, distributed responsibility, and stewarded legacy.

Non-fiction adaptation mode. Per Rick's project conventions:
- Treat the 15 lessons / mantras as "characters" — each gets a concept guide and an iconographic visual.
- Chapter images are infographic-leaning compositions in the cover's visual language (black, white, silver, single-figure dynamism, monumental sans-serif type), not narrative scenes.
- Cinematic but symbolic: a single objet, a frozen moment of ritual, a diagram-as-art — never a stock business-meeting photo.
